06/10/2008 - Sneaky Sound System & NutrientWater Micro Site
Emerging Australian water drink 'NutrientWater' engaged the services of ONYX to build a quirky micro site in conjunction with Australian band Sneaky Sound System.

The site was developed to help promote the release of Sneaky Sound Systems new album, called 'Album 2'. It also allowed fans to register and go into the draw for a chance to win a trip to London and see Sneaky Sound System play live in concert and meet and greet the band.

ONYX recreated a totally interactive flash animated site based around the bands latest video clip called Kansas City. ONYX redrew all the themes, backgrounds and stage props to combine them with photographed images of the actual puppets used in the video clip. The animation all plays within a retro TV allowing users to change music tracks, flick through channels and watch moive clips.

Advertising banners were also created to help promote the site through a national radio campaign on the Oz Stereo Network
with the popular Hamish & Andy.
30/09/2008 - Legends Condoms Packaging Re-Branding
Legends decided to discontinue their brand and head towards focusing on a fresh and modern product range and target its niche market group.

After many months of development and prototyping ONYX have totally revitalised Legends branding and packing range. A bold move was made to appeal to the market, increase brand recognition and sales.

The results of the new brand and packages are evident. The new range exhibits vibrate colours and with subtle but distinctive spot varnishes which allows the unique product artwork of the condom tins to be the central focus.

The new range is due to hit the shelf's nationally in all Woolworths/Safeway stores October 2008 and international mid 2009.
30/08/2008 - Bata Shoe Product Branding
Bata Shoe's is set to release a new line of nursing footwear as an addition to extensive product range.

ONYX lead the branding process and development of the product by delivering key features such as; product identity, point of sale materials and marketing campaigns to help launch the new product rage called 'Comfit'.

Production of the new range is currently underway and should be released into the Australian marketing nationally early 2009. Images and designs will soon be released as soon as the product hits the market.
22/07/2008 - Meverick Model Management Website
Maverick Model Management approached ONYX to develop a new company identity with a very modern and distinctive edge based around a dark rock / punk theme.

With this in mind ONYX set about creating a new logo with a rustic feel. An extension to the brand was incorporating a modern twisted illustration of gothic rose stems/leaves, barb wire and butterfly's expressing a new nature of the agency.

A flash animated website was also designed and developed to reinforce the brand and promote an exclusive line of unique models and their distinctive attitude through an interactive magazine inspired site.
27/06/2008 - Bata Shoe Store Signage
ONYX delivers it's first project for Bata Shoe by rejuvenating their head office store interior fit out and signage.

After accepting the brief and consulting with Bata's preferred signage supplier ONYX created a clean and colourful design that flowed through the stores space. Utilising Bata's corporate identity ONYX extended the elements by designing artwork which illustrates movement, filled gradients and swirls to direct customers through out store.

As part of the store re-design ONYX created four seasonal specific mesh banners for the shop front windows. The seasonal messages and images beautify the store exterior and play a major part of Bata's adverting to attract customers from one of the busiest thoroughfares in Victoria. The store now has a fresh appeal providing a cleaner, brighter look and experience for staff
and shoppers.

12/03/2008 - Chandler Recruitment Services Re-Brand
ONYX has set about re-banding one of Melbourne most established recruitment agencies "Chandler Recruitment". ONYX has reinvigorated the brand with an updated fresh and clean approach. The new branding is now simple, sophisticated yet professional, reflecting the businesses and teams culture. With the new strengthening relationship, ONYX will play a key role in the building of the brand and hopes to continue supporting Chandler with their growth.
14/02/2008 - Winplan. Have You Got One?
ONYX has begun the process of branding a new business venture for ex HSV Managing Director John Crennan. John moved to HSV after 25 years in various roles for Holden. His time at HSV saw him as the key member in building the foundation that created the success of Holdens Special Vehicles brand. Recently John has slowly begun stepping down from HSV and has started a new company called "Team Crennan Winplan".

Winplan is now set to take on new heights, utlising the expertise and experience John has gained through his time in the motor sport and automotive industry. What makes your brand successful? A Winplan! The question is now... Have you got one?

ONYX has recently started a new on going relationship Legends Rubbers, providers of Australian ISO standard condoms for the global market.

ONYX are assisting with the growth of their brand through overall consistency in packaging design, promotional advertising and new business development nationally and recently the in US market. This relationship has seen a growth of the brand here and abroad and has taken on new levels of clever brand specific marketing approaches.
22/10/2007 - Artificial Imaging Branding
Artificial Imaging (AI) is a signage supplier growing at a rapid rate that is surpassing all the businesses expectations. Due to the increase in business it was time to have a serious look at its brand and itís presence in the market place. That's where ONYX got involved! We have commenced delivering a phase by phase release of their new brand that covers collateral and online roll outs. ONYX have built a close relationship with AI and are looking forward to their further growth and successes.
19/10/2007 - Bella Baby Boxes Branding
A new identity and collateral for start up company Bella Baby Boxes has just been delivered by ONYX. Working closely with the client, ONYX created a subtle corporate, yet boutique identity that is a true reflection of the nature of Bellaís core businesses values. A new website and brochure is now on the plans for the new year of 2008; we hope this extension helpís step up their marketing and promotional campaign and moves them in the direction of a bright future.

ONYX delivers on another 6 Awesome Illustrated T-shirts designs for Angermgt. With the new range due to drop in K-mart
stores for the summer 07/08 ONYX has continued where it left off. Look out in your nearest K-mart Store for the latest collection.

15/09/2007 - Pointon Partners Re-Branding
In September ONYX was approached by Pointon Partners Lawyers and Trademark Attorneys to re-brand their image. Currently still in it’s transition, the re-branding development phase is slowly taking shape. ONYX handled every component of the projects re-branding from stationary, newsletter publications and electronic media.
17/08/2007 - Spider Club
After 5 months in the making ONYX has just completed the design and development of Spider Club, soon to be opened on Chapel Street, in South Yarra. Working closely with interior design guru Jean Paul Heurteau, ONYX has given Spider Club
an eclectic mix of modern Moroccan with a touch of gothic flare that is something to be seen.
17/06/2007 - Global Pharmaceutical Packaging Re-Branding launched for Smith&Nephew
As part of the ongoing partnership with Smith&Nephew ONYX were engaged to assist in the full re-brand of their local pharmaceutical HITH and CUTI ranges products. A full range suite of over 20 packages were designed, a long with new supporting point of sales and marketing/promotional materials.

The process spanned over 2 years ONYX to create and deliver a range of FMCG that were bright, engaging and easy to understand. The new branding was initial for local markets but due to it being such successful and receiving rave reviews
the new brand was re-launched globally.
