Onyx Creative has been working with Hannaford on almost every aspect of grocery store design and construction for over eight years. We have worked on a variety of projects including existing store surveys, project scoping, remodels, and ground up new store projects. We have also created and continue to update the prototype construction documents for three different new store designs. We have assisted the Hannaford facilities department with maintenance efforts and critical store repairs. We are also currently working with Hannaford on their sustainability mission by updating stores to be fully electric and installing environmentally friendly refrigeration and mechanical systems, such as trans-critical CO2 and heat reclaim.
