“Just Smile” is an orthodontics office located in Tucson, AZ. The 6,697 sf building is ground up wood framed construction. The building consists of 3 suites, the first suite being for “Just Smile” and the other two suites being shell spaces to rent out to tenants. Construction documents were created in tandem with a development package. The EIFS clad double stud exterior walls transition to single stud walls to created recesses in the façade. Perforated metal shade canopies align with the storefront transom mullions for much needed protection from the elements. The clean / modern lines and colors of the space and furniture are balanced by strategic natural finishes.
