Onyx Creative is the corporate and brand architect for Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a franchise known for bringing the authentic flavors of coastal New England to communities nationwide. We developed the brand’s current prototype design, a 1,200 sf layout that optimizes space while maintaining a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The design features an efficient counter-order operation paired with strategically planned back-of-house and prep areas, ensuring seamless operations and a consistent customer experience. Over the years, we have completed numerous locations for both corporate and franchise operators, tailoring each space to reflect the Mason’s brand while accommodating the unique characteristics of each site. Our work with Mason’s highlights our ability to balance brand consistency with operational efficiency, supporting the franchise’s growth and success.
