The Shops at Hilltop
East Bay shopping re-imagined.
The new Shops at Hilltop is a 1.2 million square foot shopping center that will anchor a 77-acre mixed-use redevelopment in San Francisco Bay. Built on the site of an aging shopping mall, the redeveloped site will create a walk-able, mixed-use village that creates a new, vibrant and flourishing community destination. The existing mall will be transformed on both the inside and outside, featuring leading designer and brand name outlet and value retailers.
The re-imagining of the shopping mall focuses on amplifying the effect of the already abundant natural light within the space. Sophisticated storefronts line the updated concourse, which features new flooring, wall finishes, lighting, and amenity areas.
