This design shows the potential of the site to redefine the city of Painesville, Ohio. By situating the mixed-use building on top of the hill it commands a presence over the lower level amphitheater. The upper level restaurants and small shops will have a terrace that connects to the stage area below. In addition to the physical connection to the lower level, the apartments will have views of the Grand River nearby ensuring a connection between the city and the adjacent parks.
