This 8-story apartment uses the site constraints to produce an interesting contrast between vertical living towers and the curved retail/amenity base. Given the irregular shape of the lot it was most efficient to keep the apartment units in compact towers. The ground floor program consists of retail space, a lobby and structured parking. This program consumed the entire ground floor so the compact towers take advantage of the larger base’s roof area to create private outdoor space for the apartment. This roof deck has outdoor amenities such as a pool and spa and a small work out room.
