Onyx Creative’s partnership with Arhaus began as a construction documentation team, stepping in to help realign their project schedules. By consistently delivering quality solutions and thoughtful design adjustments—adapting to Architectural Review Board (ARB) requirements, client feedback, and more—we gained their trust and expanded our role.
Today, Onyx Creative is proud to design many of Arhaus’ retail locations. We’ve been entrusted with reimagining their stores as bespoke retail experiences, breaking free from a prototypical model. Working closely with the Arhaus design team, we honor their signature materials and iconic arches, while tailoring each design to fit unique site conditions and project goals.
With projects across the U.S. Arhaus challenges us to innovate and collaborate across disciplines. Each location offers an opportunity to push creative boundaries and craft a distinctive space for this high-end furniture brand.
The Arhaus location in Palo Alto, CA, is a testament to Onyx Creative's ability to bring a vision to life, from initial renderings to the finished space. Collaborating closely with Arhaus’ design team, we translated conceptual designs into a fully realized store, seamlessly integrating their signature materials and design elements with the unique characteristics of the site. We managed to deliver a stunning retail environment that elevates the shopping experience - through every step of the process.
