Project Managers are essential team members and are responsible for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects. PMs coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. They will serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Estimates fees, determine the scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.

Responsible for the creation of project designs and plans for all phases of projects. Coordinate work of building design consultants while monitoring drawings throughout the process. Initiate and create project designs and plans of all phases of one or more projects. Responsible for preparing presentation and design drawings. Act as an internal and external ambassador for the firm.

DESIGN PROFESSIONAL

Design Professionals work under the direction of others on a variety of project related tasks including project planning, design, and coordination. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions

ENGINEER or Engineering DESIGNER

Act as the technical expert in one of the engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical or Structural). Assist in the planning, organization, and control of engineering activities of a project to best accomplish the successful completion of all projects assigned. Operating within the guidelines established by the Director of Engineering and within the policies and procedures established by the firm. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects assigned to them.
