INDUSTRIAL PRACTICE

The scope of work at INEOS, a chemical manufacturing company, included façade renovation, new lab areas, new offices, and storage areas.

FROM RENDERING TO REALITY
As a leading manufacturer in end-of-line packaging equipment since 1975, Hamrick Manufacturing entrusted Onyx Creative with the task of creating a space that mirrors their commitment to quality and affordability. In response to their remarkable growth, we conceptualized, rendered, and brought to life a 65,000 square foot facility, seamlessly integrating corporate offices with a 50,000 square foot manufacturing space. From the initial concept renderings to the final construction, we navigated every phase with precision and dedication, ensuring that Hamrick’s vision materialized into a cutting-edge hub of innovation and productivity. At our core, we believe in turning aspirations into architectural masterpieces, and the Hamrick Manufacturing Facility stands as a testament to that ethos.
CRANE AEROSPACE AND ELECTRONICS
This project takes a multi-phased approach to an addition and renovation of Crane’s current facilities in Elyria, Ohio. In addition to the architectural and engineering work, our design team provided an updated environmental graphics package to the space. Multiple displays and large scale murals were designed and installed that provide a branded story for visitors and recognition to veteran employees. The largest mural measures more than 120 feet long.
SANDVIK OFFICE AND MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Sandvik is a global, high-tech engineering group providing solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and sustainability for the manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries. Onyx Creative helped Sandvik bring their office and manufacturing facility of hydraulic attachments to Cleveland, Ohio.
VENDTECH INTERNATIONAL / NATURALS2GO
This ground-up industrial warehouse and corporate office is located outside of Savannah, GA. It will house 100,000 sf of warehouse space and a two-story office occupying 50,000 sf. This will be Naturals2Go headquarters, training center, assembly manufacturing and global distribution and technology development facility and part of the growing Savannah Chatham Manufacturing Center.
GREENBRIDGE INDUSTRIAL OFFICE
This existing 140K sf warehouse building, of which 5Ksf is office space, was renovated to create a space that supported the client's business model of sustainability with a direct, confident, and collaborative environment. Committed to recycling and reuse, our client’s main goal is to keep waste out of landfills, oceans, waterways, and our communities. Any waste they generate is recycled and reused into new materials. When designing and specifying the new space, we kept these goals in mind. The client’s brand was incorporated throughout the space with the color selection among the different materials and furnishings. The color palette reinforces the overall brand message with the use of neutral tones and pops of green, blue & yellow.
MELDING MANUFACTURING, OFFICE, AND RETAIL
After a fire destroyed their historic facility in March of 2010, Wendell August Forge planned to immediately rebuild. Onyx Creative assisted with the award-winning architectural design and finishes at the 52,000 sf flagship manufacturing, corporate headquarters, and retail store located on a 12-acre site in Grove City, PA.

MOLDING AN INDUSTRIAL OFFICE WITH A MODERN EDGE
PyroTek’s project challenge was in selecting interior finishes that effectively managed the migration of graphite by-product from the production floor from spreading throughout the new office area. Dark colors with bold accents and metal trim help support corporate branding while addressing functionality. This space won the first place ASID Ohio North Chapter 2018 Design Excellence Award for a Corporate Space over 10,000 sf.
